Internal Email Audit and Analysis

I identified an area of opportunity to streamline one of the main internal communication tools for Goodwill of North Georgia, then audited and analyzed the data to create a report, which I presented to the executive team. Following the recommendations of this report, action was taken to limit access to all company emails, creating a more purposeful and efficient communication channel.
